WALB Names Leach Director Of Marketing
Michael D. Leach has joined Raycom Media as director of marketing and audience development at WALB, its NBC-ABC affiliate in Albany, Ga. (DMA 154).
Leach was most recently director of broadcast operations, production, and programming for WXII-WCWG Winston-Salem, N.C. Prior to that, he held the roles of creative services director and assistant creative services/producer there.
Leach started his career in Rochester, N.Y., at WROC-WUHF, where he was a producer, editor and photojournalist.
He graduated from the State University of New York at Fredonia with a B.S. in communication and media management.
