The deal covers carriage of Dispatch Broadcast’s Columbus, Ohio, CBS affiliate and the Ohio News Network plus Dispatch’s WTHR Indianapolis on Bright House Cable.

WBNS, Time Warner Cable Sign Retrans Pact
Dispatch Broadcast Group’s CBS affiliate WBNS Columbus, Ohio (DMA 32), announced that it and ONN (The Ohio News Network) will continue to be available to Time Warner Cable customers after the signing of a carriage agreement Wednesday afternoon.
The agreement will include carriage of WBNS in the Columbus television market, carriage of ONN statewide on Time Warner systems, and the addition of WBNS’ 24 hour weather channel, Doppler 10 Now (ch. 10.2) on the Columbus system as well.
The agreement also covers Dispatch Broadcasting’s WTHR (NBC) in Indianapolis, Ind., on Bright House Cable in that market.
Station officials did not release any further specifics on talks between the parties.
