WBRC Adds New Anchor, 4 P.M. Newscast

Journalist Bree Sison, will join Raycom’s WBRC Birmingham, Ala. (DMA 45), on Tuesday, Sept. 6, to anchor the Fox affiliate’s new weekday 4 p.m. newscast.

Sison joins WBRC with more than 10 years of experience in broadcast journalism working in various markets including Mobile, Ala., and most recently, WBZ Boston, where she was a reporter and anchor.

 A Native of Norfolk, Virginia, Sison is a 2012 graduate of The George Washington University where she earned a master’s degree in professional studies and political management. She is also a 2006 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in both political science and mass communications.
