“This makes FOX CT news the only station in the market bringing viewers five-and-a-half straight hours of news each weekday morning, “said Richard Graziano, VP-GM of WCCT. “We’re proud to be a station that is growing and expanding.”

Rachel Frank will be joining Byrnes, Arias and Furey from 8 to 10 a.m. Frank will be filling in for Rachel Lutzker who will be on maternity leave. Two things: WTIC is Hartford’s Fox affiliate, WCCT is the CW affiliate; Tribune owns both, though. Second, the headline says the newscast will expand to 5 to 10 a.m., but the article clearly says it will run from 4:30 to 10.
