WCMH Columbus Rebrands As ‘Here For You’

Media General NBC affiliate WCMH Columbus, Ohio (DMA 34), unveiled a new brand on Jan. 24: “Here for you.” The station said the new brand “is designed to differentiate NBC4 and solidify the media organization as the destination for accurate, relevant and personal content.”

WCMH worked with Elevate Thinking and AR&D to conduct research that included multimedia platform usage, competitive analysis, focus groups, internal employee meeting and brand defining workshops.

Foundational elements of the new brand include the brand slogan, brand vision, broadcast graphics package, vehicle wraps and employee recognition program. The broadcast graphics package was created for NBC4 by Hothaus Creative.
