WFOR Miami Launches Weekend Morning News
CBS O&O WFOR Miami (DMA 16) will introduce a new weekend morning newscast on Saturday, July 7. With the addition of two hour-long early newscasts — on Saturday (at 6 a.m.) and Sunday (8 a.m. — WFOR will offer viewers morning news programs seven days a week.
Both broadcasts will be anchored by Marybel Rodriguez, who previously anchored the station’s weekday morning and noon newscasts. WFOR meteorologist Craig Setzer will report weather.
