WFTS Names Teresa Morgan Director of Sales

Teresa Morgan has been promoted to director of sales for Scripps-owned ABC affiliate WFTS Tampa, Fla. (DMA 11). Effective immediately, she will be responsible for the oversight of advertising sales and revenue.

Morgan has more than 18 years of sales experience. She joined WFTS in 2003 as a senior account executive. In 2011, she was promoted to local sales manager, overseeing a team of top-performing account executives.

Morgan also helped launch the Scripps DC political sales office in 2010. She was responsible for working with agencies, political groups and candidates to drive sales for the Scripps TV markets, specifically WFTS, WPTV West Palm Beach, Fla.; KSHB and KMCI Kansas City.
