WFTS Ups Ashley Glass To Weekend Anchor
Scripps-owned ABC affiliate WFTS Tampa, Fla. (DMA 14), named Ashley Glass co-anchor of its Saturday and Sunday morning newscasts. Glass is the station’s weekday morning reporter and fill-in anchor. She has been WFTS since 2010.
Glass will join John Thomas and Bill Logan on the weekend morning newscasts.
She has two degrees from the University of Florida, one in news broadcasting and the other in political science.
