Whistle-Stop Promo Push For ‘Bethenny’

Bethenny Frankel will travel to eight cities in a month to tape segments for her upcoming Telepictures syndicated talk show.

Bethenny Frankel is making a major promotional push for her upcoming Warner Bros. talk show Bethenny with a cross-country campaign called “Calling All My Girls,” which will make stops in eight cities starting on July 29 in Houston and running through Aug. 27 in Chicago.

Frankel will tape segments for her Telepictures-produced show, play games and select five winners in each city for an all-expenses-paid trip for two to New York City for the first week taping of the show, which debuts on Sept. 9.

In each city, Frankel will give away drinks and snacks from her Skinnygirl line of products. She will talk with 150 people at each event. Attendees will get a chance to tape segments for the show’s Frankel-y Speaking, where they get into a booth to reveal personal secrets.

Other cities on the promotional tour: Los Angeles, Washington, Minneapolis, Tampa, Miami and Cleveland.

Nine viewers outside those markets will win two tickets on bethenny.com, where they’ll be selected for best explaining why they are Bethenny Frankel’s biggest fan.

Warner Bros. first announced the promotional campaign at last month’s PromaxBDA Station Summit.
