WHO Adds Krystle Kacner To News Staff
Local TV-owned NBC affiliate WHO Des Moines, Iowa (DMA 73) has hired Krystle Kacner as a multimedia journalist. The station says Kacner’s duties will include reporter, videojournalist, Web contributor and contributing on-the-spot updates via Facebook and Twitter when out in the field.
Prior to WHO, Kacner was a reporter and weekend news anchor at KDLT Sioux Falls, S.D. She also spent time in the Minneapolis-St. Paul at Hubbard Broadcasting.
Kacner earned her journalism degree from the University of Minnesota in 2007.
