WMAR To Launch Live Online Sports Talk Show

On Monday, Sept. 8, E.W. Scripps-owned ABC affiliate WMAR Baltimore (DMA 27) will introduce The Nest, a Monday morning interactive sports talk show streamed live through abc2news.com and the ABC2 mobile app.

The station says The Nest “will go beyond your typical Monday morning quarterback banter, giving Baltimore [Ravens] fans a true voice on the show with both call-in and one-of-its-kind “skype-in” interactivity.”

The show will feature WMAR news team members and WJZ-FM personalities live to digest weekend game results. Beginning at 10 a.m. every Monday on www.abc2news.com/thenest, viewers can interact via Skype, Facebook, Twitter and phone to voice their opinion about the teams, coaches, players and more.
