WMOR Lands Two Tampa Bay Buccaneers Games

Hearst-owned independent WMOR Tampa, Fla. (DMA 11) said today that it will be the exclusive local broadcast television station for two ESPN-produced Tampa Bay Buccaneers games.

The first will be against Jacksonville Jaguars (preseason) on Thursday, Aug. 17, at 8 p.m. in Jacksonville, Fla.

The second game will be against the Atlanta Falcons (regular season) on Monday, Dec. 18, at 8:30 p.m. in Tampa. 

WMOR will air a one-hour live pre-game show prior to each game. WDAE radio personality and former Tampa sports anchor, J.P. Peterson, will host the first pre-game show, Countdown to Kickoff, starting at 7 p.m. on Aug. 17 vs. the Jaguars.
