WNKY Hires Rick Boone As News Director

Marquee Broadcasting has appointed Rick Boone News Director of its NBC and CBS affiliate WNKY Bowling Green, Ky. (DMA 181).

Boone is a 20-­Ã¢â‚¬Âyear news veteran who recently worked as a reporter for NBC-­Ã¢â‚¬Âowned KNTV San Francisco. He has also worked as a reporter in markets including New York, Washington and Sacramento, Calif.

Prior to TV news, Boone was an associate producer for Fox TV’s America’s Most Wanted.
