WOFL Orlando Sets New Anchor Lineup

Fox-owned WOFL Orlando, Fla. (DMA 18), has introduced a new anchor lineup across all newscasts with new roles for Bob Frier and LuAnne Sorrell and the addition of Danielle Knox and Charles Billi, according to station VP-News Director Jeff Zeller.

Effective Oct. 10, Danielle Knox will anchor Good Day Orlando alongside Ryan Elijah from 4 to 7 a.m. From 7 to 10 a.m. Bob Frier will move from evenings to anchor Good Day Orlando with Amy Kaufeldt.

LuAnne Sorrell will be joined by Charles Billi on the weekday 5, 10 and 11 p.m. newscasts.

Before joining Good Day Orlando, Knox was an anchor and reporter for WSVN Miami. Prior to that, she hosted Lifetime Television’s The Balancing Act. Previously, Knox was anchor and reporter at WGCL Atlanta, and WFOR and WTVJ in Miami.

Billi served as an anchor and reporter for WTSP Tampa, and previously at WSVN Miami.
