WPTA Adds Alexis Gray To Anchor Desk
Quincy Media’s ABC affiliate WPTA Fort Wayne, Ind. (DMA 111), has hired Alexis Gray as the station’s evening news co-anchor.
She joins the station from Quincy’s WSJV South Bend, Ind., where she investigated a variety of stories including Notre Dame’s handling of student sexual assault reports, churches paying to teach sex education in public schools and Ivy Tech giving state lawmakers plum jobs in exchange for political favors.
Gray earned a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University after graduating from the University of Miami.
