WPVI, Honda Set ‘Pay 6 Forward’ Sweepstakes

For one lucky 6abc Action News Facebook fan, this holiday season will be a memorable one. The lucky Facebook fan will drive off in a brand new car, thanks to ABC O&O WPVI Philadelphia (DMA 4) and the Delaware Valley Honda Dealers association.

The winner will also “Pay 6 Forward” by selecting a local charity to be awarded a car as well. The sweepstakes, which begins on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 22) and runs through December 10th, stems from the popular “Pay 6 Forward” reports on Action News.

The winner and the chosen charity will be announced Dec. 11, live on Action News at 4.

To learn more on how to enter, people can go to the WPVI Action News Facebook page. Each applicant will be able to choose one of six preselected charities to be rewarded alongside their submission. The randomly selected winner will receive a 2013 Honda Accord, and the local charity will drive away in a 2013 Honda Odyssey. The local charities in the running for this opportunity are the Police Athletic League, Arts Rising, PAWS, Philabundance, Philadelphia Veterans Multi-Service and Education Center, and the American Cancer Society.

The new automobiles are provided by the Delaware Valley Honda Dealers association.
