WPVI Philadelphia To Broadcast ArenaBowl XXX

With the Philadelphia Soul’s 69-54 victory over the Baltimore Brigade on Saturday, the team will host the Arena Football League championship ArenaBowl XXX on Saturday, Aug. 26, at 7 p.m. at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia (DMA 4).

The game will be broadcast live on WPVI, Twitter and WPEN-FM.

Handling sideline reporting duties will be WPVI’s sports anchor, Jeff Skversky. Play-by-play and color analysts for the game will be announced at a later date.

“The Soul are a first-class organization and we are excited to have their biggest game showcased on our station”, said WPVI President-GM Bernie Prazenica. “Anytime a Philadelphia sports team is playing for the championship, we know there will be lots of eyeballs watching.”
