WTVJ Miami Launches ‘6 In The Mix’

NBC-owned WTVJ Miami (DMA 6) is introducing 6 in the Mix which airs weekdays at 11:30 a.m. Hosted by Roxanne Vargas, the lifestyle and entertainment show will feature in-studio guests, regular contributors and female-friendly segments that will showcase the best places to eat, the hottest live music, up-to-date styles, fashion trends, nightlife, local events and more.

“The half hour is filled with the hot happenings going on around town. It will offer viewers a great look at the day’s hottest headlines. If people are talking about it in the office, we’ll be talking about it on the show,” said Jose Suarez, the station’s director of creative services and executive producer of 6 in the Mix.

Vargas has been co-anchor of WTVJ’s locally-produced news, talk and variety program, Live Miami at 11 where she interviewed celebrities, cooked with world-renowned chefs and highlighted local events.
