The Live+Same Day numbers reported in our ratings column do not reflect a show’s overall performance, given the increased use of delayed playback via DVR and streaming platforms, plus out-of-home viewing. These numbers (Nielsen fast nationals, unless denoted as finals) instead aim to simply illustrate trends or superlatives. Steve Harvey is not a judge or lawyer and merely offers an alternative forum of dispute resolution.
I have watched DWTS since it’s debut and this season was the best season I’ve seen,
so far ….
Xochitl Gomez and Val were terrific and they totally deserved to win.
Jason Mraz and Daniella were also terrific and I would have liked to have seen them win, too .
However, there could only be 1 winner.
🎉 Congratulations to Xochitl Gomez and Val.
That being said the finale didn’t have to be 3 hours.
A 2 hour finale is fine.
It was great to see past winners and their partners.
I’m already looking forward to next season.
I concur. It was a strong season with fairly matched celebrities. It was nice not to have so many silly skits and renewed focus on dancing. New hosts were strong. Gimmicks worked. Mire serious dance content. I think Len Goidman would gave been proud.
I wonder if the CW is satisfied with their acquisition and ratings of the long-running ‘Inside the NFL’? How do they compare it’s performance, since it has always aired on premium services where ratings are less important? Curious as if this is the show’s last season…
The hosts were really boring but the dancing was pretty good coming from constestants who aren’t dancers.
Saw the Amazing race. I love that show.
