Monday Ratings: Kitchen Nightmares Ends Season on Low Note
In the latest TV ratings, ABC’s slice of the Monday Night Football pie served 7.6 million total viewers while scoring a 1.3 demo rating — down just 12% and a tenth from last week’s early numbers.
NBC’s The Voice (5.9 mil/0.5) dipped week-to-week but still easily led all non-sports fare. Blake Shelton‘s Holiday Bartacular Featuring Ice-T (3 mil/0.3) did about as well as last week’s holiday-themed Weakest Link.
Over on Fox, Kitchen Nightmares‘ double-episode season finale did 1.5 mil/0.2 and then 1.1 mil/0.1, with the second hour matching and hitting season lows.
CBS’ TPIR at Night drew 3.6 mil and a 0.3, followed by Let’s Make a Deal Primetime‘s 2.6 mil/0.2.
The CW’s Masters of Illusion (310K) and World’s Funniest Animals (320K) both added viewers.

I miss the old school U.K version of Kitchen Nightmares. This U.S drama-filled, cookie cutter version is absolutely a waste of time.
‘World’s Funniest Animals’ has got to be the worst show on Broadcast TV. Insufferable! Probably will last forever because it’s so cheap-o. The CW’s Monday programming block looks depressing, like they just gave up.
