NBC is the fourth broadcast network (following Fox, ABC and CBS) to unveil its fall rollout plan, setting premiere dates for more than a dozen new and returning series.
As previously announced, La Brea is staying put in the Tuesday time slot that served its hit freshman run well, while the #OneChicago and Law & Order franchises will similarly and respectively call Wednesday and Thursday home.

It looks like this will be the first time in my life that there’s not a single show I watch on NBC this fall.
That’s crazy when you think of all the Cosby to Friends and Seinfeld and The Office/Parks&Rec/etc years of dominance in comedy, not to mention other shows.
I still follow Blacklist, La Brea, and the Law & Orders
Crazy I barely watch NBC too I use to watch alot but now it may just be La Brea that was pretty good and maybe Quantum Leap depending on the trailer
Try watching Wolf Entertainment shows
Chicago Med
Chicago Fire

It wouldn’t shock me if the Blacklist gets moved to Tuesday nights. With Friday’s looking different and New Amsterdam only having 13 episodes, it could be an easy move to Tuesday nights beginning in January.
Blacklist will probably stay on Friday with 22 episodes. The ratings are too poor to move someplace else.
Maybe because it’s a Friday. Who’s home Friday Nights
Lots of people. We’re not all kids here.
It’s more along the lines of the longer you’re on the air the more viewers you lose. It happens to pretty much every show. The show used to be a solid performer on Fridays once upon a time.
I only suggested it because of Lopez vs Lopez and Young Rock (moving to Fridays) are taking the Blacklist timeslot starting November 4th. Are they just going to flip those 2 shows to a new night when the Blacklist returns in early 2023. Or could it be just easier to slip into the 10pm slot on Tuesday since New Amsterdam could easily wrap up my Christmas.
22 episodes instead of a short season? It would be easier for The Blacklist to come back in the fall if Dateline hadn’t gone to two hours.

Any news on the weakest link?
What happened to Transplant? I thought NBC had picked up the 3rd season but this season has been all over the place schedule-wise so now I’m not so sure.
NBC has announced no plans to air Transplant Season 3. –Mgmt.
That’s disappointing.
That is really disappointing. Couldn’t they at least offer it on Peacock?
That’s a shame, I loved that show!
It’s a Canadian show so do what they do to watch our shows. Get a VPN and watch it on CTV when it airs.
Batting zero there for me.
Any word on Magnum ? Hoping !
I am so hoping too. I miss everyone especially love Tim Kang.
Wow…. other than Sunday Night Football (and SNL) there isn’t a single show I’ll be watching on NBC next season. The other networks aren’t faring much better. Must See TV is a distant memory now.
Need more comedies. More laughter in the world!
Law & Order is the only show now on NBC for me, now that, This is Us is finished.
What about Magnum PI ? Nothing on this line up that I want to watch.
Magnum PI was cancelled
NBC is trying to bring it over from CBS but that deal is still being worked on.
It’s still bizarre to look at this and realize how far NBC has come from their 20ish years of sitcom gold. Now it’s just the L&O and Chicago channel, along with a few others. I might tune in for Quantum Leap (depending on reviews, commercials etc) but that’s it.
NBA still has a few shows I watch, but it is fighting a losing battle with the streamers.
Young Rock shuttled to Fridays but does not affect me since I watch everything on the DVR.
Watch pieces of the Sunday Night NFL game on occasion. Enjoyed the first season of College Bowl. Have never watched any of the L&O or Chicago series, but would probably like them if I did (just don’t have time).
Finally, how in the hell is SNL still on the air. It hasn’t been funny in decades. Never was funny after the first half hour and the Weekend Update segment. I wouldn’t watch it if I was paid to.
Easy answer about SNL…different people have different tastes about what they find funny and entertaining. No doubt there are probably shows/movies/actors/comedians that you think are hilarious that others would find “meh” and vise versa. The fact that the show is still popular even when someone has stopped finding it enjoyable decades ago likely means that person is not the current target audience.
Can’t wait to the new seasons of One Chicago, FBI’S On CBS and Law & Order’s on NBC all fantastic shows from Dick Wolf
Am so looking forward to Quantum Leap and the return of La Brea amid all my other favorites. Sept. 19th can’t come soon enough. O YAY
Will season 2 of La Brea air 7 or 10 episodes this fall before hiatus?
Still upset they canceled Endgame. It had a good set up for season 2. I should know not to start a new series til it ends and gets renewed or canceled. Less aggravation that way
I’m very disappointed to see that the rumor’s and wishful thinking that Magnum P. I. Season 5 isn’t on the list of NBC’s Network.
Magnum P. I. Was generating over 7 million viewer’s when CBS cancelled the successful series.
I’m one of the 7 million viewers who would like to see a Network pick up Season 5.
I cant believe Dick Wolfe wants to stick another show he produces on TV. We have the Fire & Rescue niche covered with the 911 shows. Arent his hands full with Wenesday night and Thursday night?
