In the latest TV show ratings: With NBC’s #OneChicago still in rerun mode, CBS’ Survivor was Wednesday’s most-watched and top-rated program.

The Live+Same Day numbers reported in TVLine’s daily-ish ratings column do NOT reflect a television program’s overall performance, given the increased use of delayed playback via DVR and streaming platforms, plus out-of-home viewing. These numbers (Nielsen fast nationals, unless specifically denoted in bold as finals) instead aim to simply illustrate trends or superlatives. Steve Harvey is not a judge or lawyer and merely offers an alternative forum of dispute resolution.
Not dead yet has changed the successful origin premises to a sloppy soap. Adding Brad Garrett only confused the show.
Completely agree. Brad Garrett’s character is more annoying than funny.
ABC messed up by ending Home Economics. After watching last night’s episode of Not Dead Yet I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t renew the show.
I was shocked Not Dead Yet got a second season. I stopped watching it after the first season. Just didn’t find it funny or entertaining enough to continue watching it.
ABC should renew Not Dead Yet but I don’t see it happening 😢
Not Dead Yet is must-see TV for me. I’m really disappointed it may be canceled. I hope they give it another shot. I don’t mind the change in writing this season, but hopefully they try it with the writing returned more like Season 1 that others preferred more.
*sigh* Why did the season finale of Family Guy‘s current season have to come this early (other than “Strikemageddon”)? Only 15 episode this year, the final six in that Wednesday 9:30 (8:30 central) slot. I wish viewership on those six episodes were higher, given ABC didn’t slot any new series after Abbott Elementary because of “Strikemageddon”. Personally, I really wish it were Family Guy producing 22 episodes every year instead of The Simpsons producing 20 (because I having no idea why The Simpsons produces that exact amount year after year and Family Guy can’t).
Say, FOX, instead of Family Guy repeats, how about you air some Bob’s Burgers originals after Animal Control? Can’t believe Bob’s Burgers‘s next episode won’t air until May, after airing only two originals each in January and March, and only 12 episodes have aired so far.;(
At this point it’s either Not Dead Yet or the Conners.
I am really disappointed in Not Dead Yet shift away from the original premise – the story about the person in the obituary.
Get rid of Brad Garrett. The character is just annoying and not funny. It feels like the added his character in place of Nell’s interaction with the person in her obituary.
Lauren Ash (Lexi) talent is wasted this season. Let her be in charge of the office again and less nonsense with her relationship with Edward.
So much potential has been lost.
In episode 8, Nell and Sam are talking outside next to beer kegs and when the conversation ends, Nell is surprised and reminded that obituary guy is there. Like an after-thought.
Nell’s growing relationship with TJ is the highlight of every episode.
I hope Conners is renewed. Much better stories this season.
Shocking that Abbott Elementary viewership is so low given all the award show attention and love from entertainment media.
The season 1 episode of Not Dead Yet when Nell meets her perfect match and they spend the entire day together? It was the best writing I have seen in a long time. My jaw was on the floor. I think about it all the time and get so emo.
