In the latest TV ratings, NBC’s Law & Order: SVU was Thursday’s most-watched show, and it also led the night in the coveted and delicious 18-49 age demographic.
NBC | Law & Order (with 4.5 million total viewers and a 0.4 demo rating), SVU (4.9 million viewers/0.5 rating) and Law & Order: Organized Crime (3.6 mil/0.4) were all down a tick from their season premieres — yet still easily bested all comers.
FOX | Averaging 2.1 million total viewers and a 0.3 rating, Hell’s Kitchen dipped with its two-hour season finale, tying its season low in the demo.
ABC | Press Your Luck (3 mil/0.3) was down a tick, leading into the Truth & Lies: The Hunted special’s 1.5 mil/0.1.
THE CW | Son of a Critch (344K) dropped a handful of eyeballs. Leading out of The Conners reruns (that this week drew 227K and 264K), Children Ruin Everything (238K) shed viewers for a second straight episode.

The Live+Same Day numbers reported in our ratings column do not reflect a show’s overall performance, given the increased use of delayed playback via DVR and streaming platforms, plus out-of-home viewing. These numbers (Nielsen fast nationals, unless denoted as finals) instead aim to simply illustrate trends or superlatives. Kids, ask parents before calling.
Fascinating to see The Conners ratings. I wonder if this will be a one and done or if The CW will pick up other shows for syndication?
CW what the crap are you guys doing to SOTC and CRE? Now is not the time to run reruns and if you have rights to the Conners play the newest season you can not the newest bc Roseanne is everywhere! The majority has seen enough of Darlene and David. If I was going to go back to watch them, it would be (Roseanne) when they all took the trip to Disney and had Harris.
I watch all three Law & Order shows buy in my opinion SVU is the best of the three. New characters integrate flawlessly and the stories usually have twists that you don’t see coming
Personally I’m hoping for Amanda’s return.
