New NBC Entertainment topper Robert Greenblatt is continuing to bring in additional Showtime staffers to fill the executive ranks around him.
Hours after departing Showtime, Len Fogge, former executive vp creative marketing and digital media at the pay cabler, has been tapped president of marketing at NBC.
The news comes hours after Showtime restructured its marketing and creative services department, naming Frank Pintauro and Donald Buckley to executive vp and co-heads of the department.
Fogge will be responsible for leading strategy, branding, creative, paid media, digital/social media and partnership marketing initiatives for NBC’s primetime, daytime and late-night dayparts.

“I enjoyed a close working relationship with Len during my seven years at Showtime and I don’t believe anyone deserves more credit than him for building the subscription base to record levels or re-branding the company as one of the leading forces in cable television,” Greenblatt said Thursday in a statement announcing the news.
Added Fogge: “He is a visionary leader and the best programming executive in the business — his unique understanding of what audiences want to watch transformed Showtime into one of the most successful networks in the industry. I am deeply honored to be joining the new NBC team, and to being part of turning around the network and restoring the NBC brand to greatness.”
At Showtime, Fogge creative multimillion-dollar marketing campaigns for such series as Dexter, Weeds, The Big C and Shameless, among others.
NBC marketing chief Adam Stotsky will be departing his position as part of the transition.
At Showtime, meanwhile, in addition to Pintauro and Buckley, Sharon Allen has been upped to senior vp program marketing and advertising.
