Sharon Osbourne is going on a monthlong hiatus from “The Talk” after collapsing at her Los Angeles home on Friday.

The CBS talkshow host “collapsed from mental and physical fatigue” upon returning from a busy trip in New York and Toronto, her rep said in a statement.

“Her doctors report that she is suffering from ‘extreme exhaustion’ and assessed that she most likely returned to work too soon after being hospitalized recently for pneumonia,” the statement reads. “Sharon has been advised and has agreed to to take a month hiatus to recover fully from these recent events.”

Her daughter Kelly, former “Fashion Police” host, filled in for her during the absence in March.

Osbourne — the wife of rocker Ozzy Osbourne — battled colorectal cancer in 2002 and underwent a double mastectomy 10 years later after discovering she was genetically predisposed to breast cancer.
