James William Dauphinee of Weston, Fla., died Oct. 17 from cancer. He was 68.
The former television programming executive produced and developed programs for CBS/Eyemark, Post-Newsweek Stations, Multimedia, King World and Brandstar over his long career.
Dauphinee grew up in Rochester, N.Y. He earned a BS degree from St. John Fisher and an MS from Syracuse University.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Inga, a daughter from a previous marriage Kristen Lynn (38), a son, Ryan James (25) and his twin sister Lauren Marie (25), as well as numerous cousins in Rochester.
Funeral arrangements are planned for Thursday, Oct. 20. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorial donations be made to either The Humane Society of the U.S.A. 1255 23rd Street NW, Suite 450, Washington, D.C., or The Kevin O’Connell Scholarship Fund at St. Bonaventure Church 1301 SW 136 Street, Davie, Fla.
