Fox News has signed correspondent-at-large Geraldo Rivera to a new multi-year deal. In addition, Rivera will host a new show for the Fox Nation streaming service, Cops: All Access, which will serve as a recap and retrospective program for Cops, which will debut its new season on the platform next month.
Thanks to a ruling on Thursday, Jennifer Eckhart will be able to proceed in a lawsuit against Fox News over its responsibility for a correspondent’s sexual misconduct. A federal judge has decided to trim claims from Eckhart but ruled that she plausibly alleges the network should have known about sexually harassing behavior.

Fox News Media said today that it successfully evacuated three Afghan nationals who have worked alongside its correspondents as fixers and assistants throughout coverage over the years. It also said it retrieved a colleague from a regional media company and the families of all. The affected include producers, translators, drivers and security personnel. A total of 24 people were rescued, the news outlet claims.
Fox News, whose top personalities have for months assailed the concept of vaccine passports and argued that asking about vaccine status amounts to a major intrusion of privacy, told employees this week that they must disclose their vaccination status to the company. In a Tuesday memo updating staff on COVID-19 procedures, Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott said that the company has “asked all employees — whether on site as part of our essential workforce or working remotely — to upload their vaccination status” into an internal database.
A judge has ruled in favor of Fox News in rejecting a defamation suit by attorney Michael Avenatti, granting Fox’s request that the suit be dismissed. The suit was dismissed without prejudice, meaning Avenatti could refile the suit.
