About this opportunity:

Morgan Murphy Media-Kennewick, WA (KAPP/KVEW TV and Phase 3 Digital Agency) is seeking an experienced media sales professional to join one of the few family-owned media companies in the country.

What you’ll do:

·         Possess a thorough knowledge of the broadcast industry related to budgets, pricing, inventory, ratings, research, marketing, demographics, and digital media

·         Develop new business including local direct, NTR, digital, and other non-spot revenue programs

·         Recruit, motivate, coach, and train a high-performing team of Account Executives

·         Monitor and maintain all digital campaigns through the Digital Media Coordinator

·         Maintain and accurately forecast through our CMS system Rumple for all local sales

·         Implement strategic sales plans and lead the sellers by communicating both vision and core values

·         Work jointly with the General Sales Manager to develop and coordinate sales promotion campaigns

What you’ll bring:

·         3+ years of experience in media sales, integrated selling & digital sales

·         An understanding of strategic account management, ratings, and digital execution

·         An understanding of strategic account management, ratings, and digital execution

·         Strategic management of inventory and rates

·         Ability to accurately forecast revenue

·         Must have excellent communication skills, flexibility and assertiveness to meet goals

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
