Donald Trump To Moderate GOP Debate

The Republican candidate debate will air on Ion Television and online on Newsmax.com on Dec. 27

Ion Television and Newsmax Media will collaborate to host a presidential debate on Tuesday, Dec. 27, from 8 to 9:30 p.m. ET. The Republican debate will be moderated by businessman Donald Trump at the Hoyt Sherman Theater in Des Moines, Iowa.

It will be televised live nationwide on Ion Television and online by Newsmax.com. The debate will be the final meeting of the Republican candidates before the Iowa Caucus on Jan. 3, 2012. All of the major Republican presidential candidates have been invited to participate.

Wow. There will be many who will be shocked at Trump being selected to “moderate” this event. Maybe they should give him a chance before they judge. People who succeed in one area are often given chances in other area, and they do well. He is not an “apprentice” at politics as he has put a lot of time and effort into the field in recent years. Go, Donald!!!

And at the end of the “debate” The Donald will point at several candidates and announce with a scowl, “You’re Fired!”
