Tribune’s Reardon appointed to NAB Television Board

NAB Television Board Chairman Alan Frank has appointed Tribune Broadcasting President and CEO John E. Reardon to the NAB Television Board.

Reardon was named president and CEO of Tribune Broadcasting in November 2005. He oversees the company’s 26 television stations, Superstation WGN, WGN Radio and Tribune Entertainment.

Reardon holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago. In addition to his duties on the NAB Television Board, he is a board member of the Television Bureau of Advertising and also serves on the board of Chicago’s Lincoln Park Zoo.

Reardon fills a vacancy created by the resignation of Patrick J. Mullen.
