Bowser To Lead TVNewsCheck Tech Coverage
Andrew Bowser has joined TVNewsCheck as its technology editor, effective immediately.
He first wrote about television in the 1990s as a New Orleans area correspondent for The Hollywood Reporter.
Bowser went on to cover the industry for Extra Extra, the show daily covering industry conventions including SMPTE, RTNDA, NCTA and NATPE, among others.
Later, he wrote about TV technology for Broadcasting & Cable.
“It’s an exciting time to be covering trends in broadcast technology,” Bowser says. “New developments coming out on an almost daily basis are transforming the industry. Over the next few years, the pace of change is only going to accelerate.”
