KMTV Omaha Names Larry Forsgren VP-GM

E.W. Scripps-owned CBS affiliate KMTV Omaha, Neb. (DMA 74) has promoted Larry Forsgren to a combined role of vice president, general manager and director of sales, effective immediately. 

Forsgren is an industry veteran who has been with KMTV since 2016 as its director of sales.

He has a deep background in sales and management at stations across the country.

Prior to Scripps, Forsgren was the director of sales for WMBD-WYZZ Peoria, Ill.; general manager and director of sales at WMSN Madison, Wis., and KNDU-KNDO Yakima, Wash.; and local sales manager at KETV Omaha.

Forsgren earned his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and distributive education from the University of Nebraska.
