The XF405 Professional Camcorder offers an outstanding combination of 4K UHD image quality, features and functionality in a compact portable design ideally suited for on-the-go Electronic News Gathering (ENG) and documentary production. Cinema EOS C700 — The next generation EOS C700 Digital Cinema Camera incorporates what Canon has learned through professional feedback over the last five years since the original Cinema EOS C300 was announced. Canon’s new EOS C700 Super35 format camera is designed to be a flexible “A” camera for various types of shooting scenarios. The EOS C700 features both internal 4K ProRes and XF-AVC recording. With the optional 4K Codex CDX-36150 recorder, the EOS C700 is capable of recording uncompressed RAW up to 120 frames per second. The EOS C700 features the choice of one of two new Super 35mm CMOS sensors and is available in both EF and PL versions and features a pixel resolution up to 4.5K, a dynamic range of 15 stops, and Dual Pixel CMOS AF (DAF). The PL mount only EOS C700 GS PL features 14 stops of dynamic range, up to 4.2K resolution and a Global Shutter. The EOS C700 also includes a variety of 2K/HD recording options featuring frame rates up to 120 fps using the full frame of the sensor, and up to 240 fps in 2K crop mode.

New 4K / 8K High Frame Rate Cameras FOR-A will debut a 4K resolution 2/3” image sensor Ultra Slow-motion Camera, designed specifically for shooting with a 2/3″ 4K lens (or equivalent). It supports maximum frame rates of 1,000fps in 4K and 2000 fps in HD. The new camera offers high sensitivity, depth of focus, and enables high-magnification zoom shooting. An 8K Ultra Slow-motion Camera will be unveiled at NAB, enabling 8K resolution shooting at a maximum frame rate of 500 fps using a 1.25″ 8K lens. These new cameras support WCG images and offer two modes of HDR/SDR shooting.

FT-ONE-LS-12G The FT-ONE-LS-12G High Frame Rate (HFR) camera supports full 4K shooting at a maximum frame rate of 500 fps or up to 1,200 fps high frame rate shooting in full HD resolution. The camera offers the ability to independently move the camera head around to capture the next crucial shot, enabling unprecedented shooting positions and angles for live sports and other events. With a 2/3-inch lens, the FT-ONE-LS-12G offers improved performance under low light conditions. With 12G-SDI outputs, the FT-ONE-LS-12G works with a dedicated server to support 8 x SSM in 4K 60p or 10 x SSM in 4K 50p systems. The camera can also be connected to EVS sports replay servers to thus provide an impressive output of high-speed video. The FT-ONE-LS-12G features simultaneous output of live and super slow-motion video, storage partitioning, versatile trigger support, 24-axis color correction, and the option to include FOR-A’s exclusive Flicker Corrector technology.

The latest entry in the company’s Premier UA Series of 4K+ 2/3” lenses, the UA24x7.8, will make its NAB debut this year. The new 7.8 to 187mm zoom rounds out the company’s line of 4K HDR broadcast lenses.  With a total length of 8.6” (220.5mm) and weight of 4.3 lbs. (1.98kg), the UA24x is the smallest and lightest broadcast lens that reaches out to 374mm with the 2x extender. The Premier UA Series of 4K+ 2/3” lenses is the first designed specifically for UHD broadcast applications. The addition of the UA24x expands Fujifilm’s 4K broadcast lens lineup to eight models in total, catering to the various needs for 4K HDR video production.

The MK Series of cinema lenses are designed with the ‘emerging’ cinematographer in mind, whether shooting a live event, online programming, documentary, corporate video, wedding, independent or short film production.
