DigitalReef Names Finance Veteran Kelyn Brannon As Its CFO

DigitalReef, a technology company that builds a premium media marketplace on mobile and connected TV across the Americas, has appointed Kelyn Brannon as its new CFO. She joins the executive leadership of DigitalReef as the company solidifies its operations in multiple countries as part of its continued growth trajectory.

Brannon has served as executive vice president, CEO and CFO of a variety of national and international companies. In her role as CFO, she has successfully led three IPOs on both the NYSE and Nasdaq along with being the first chief accounting officer, vice president of finance, and international CFO at Amazon.com. Brannon is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

As part of the executive team, she will play a key strategic leadership role in developing and implementing the company’s corporate vision. She will also be responsible for all DigitalReef’s financial, compliance, audit and investor relation teams supporting the Americas today and globally in the future.

In addition to Brannon’s leadership accomplishments in her various financial positions, she has also been listed as one of Silicon Valley Business Journal’s top businesswomen and serves as a board member for iRocket while regularly participating in industry panels as a subject matter expert in capital markets.
