Gurvir Dhindsa Returns To WAGA Atlanta

Gurvir Dhindsa is returning to Fox O&O WAGA Atlanta (DMA 8) as co-anchor of Good Day Atlanta, appearing on the morning news program alongside co-anchor Mark Hayes from 5 to 9 a.m. beginning March 28.

Dhindsa first joined WAGA in 1997 as co-anchor of Good Day Atlanta, a position she held for three years. Most recently, she was news anchor for seven years at Fox’s WTTG Washington. Prior to that, she was an anchor at WUSA Washington.

Earlier in her career, Dhindsa was a reporter and evening news anchor for WLOX Biloxi, Miss., as well as morning anchor at WAPT Jackson, Miss.

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Dhindsa holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism. She began her career as a production assistant at WTVF in her hometown of Nashville.
