Emily Riemer Jumps To WCVB As Co-Anchor
Emily Riemer is joining WCVB Boston as co-anchor of the Hearst station’s weekend morning newscasts. She comes to WCVB-TV from Sinclair Broadcasting’s WSYX-TV and WTTE-TV in Columbus, Ohio, where she served as a political reporter and news producer. Reimer is co-anchoring with Steve Lacy for the 5-7AM weekend EyeOpener as well as the Saturday and Sunday 8AM newscasts beginning March 26. She will also contribute to the weekday EyeOpener as a general assignment reporter.
