WFXT Ups Shannon Mulaire To A.M. Co-Anchor
Fox O&O WFXT Boston (DMA 7) today promoted Shannon Mulaire from weekend anchor to co-anchor of Fox 25 Morning News.
She will anchor from 4:30 to 10 a.m. weekdays alongside co-anchor Gene Lavanchy, meteorologist Cindy Fitzgibbon, reporter Elizabeth Hopkins and commentator Doug “VB” Goudie.
Mulaire joined the station in 2010 as a general assignment reporter. Prior to that she reported for WTVT Tampa, Fla., and WFTX Fort Myers, Fla.
Mulaire graduated from Wellesley College, double-majoring in Spanish and cinema and media studies.
