Meredith board increases quarterly dividend
The board of directors of Meredith Corp. approved a 14% increase in the regular quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock. The quarterly dividend will increase $0.02 per share to $0.16 per share and will be payable March 15, 2006, to shareholders of record on February 28, 2006. Meredith has paid a dividend for 59 consecutive years and increased its dividend for 13 consecutive years.
