Una Vez Mas Names New Executives

Azteca America largest affiliate group, Una Vez Mas, has named Robert Sarabia the VP-GM of KYAZ  Houston, adding to his current role as VP-GM of KVDF San Antonio.

Also, David Kosofsky was named the group’s SVP-CFO.  Kosofsky was formerly the CFO of American Community Newspapers and has been employed in senior positions with Belo Corp. as well as other public and private companies.

In addition, Noe de la Garza has been named director of sales for UVM’s outlets KVDF San Antonio, and KADF Austin, Texas.

De la Garza is also assuming the title of client development manager for Mexico. “Noe is a seasoned media sales professional who will add depth to our bench and at the same time help UVM to expand its horizons. Mexico is an important source of advertising for Spanish-language television stations in the United States and the selection of Noe shows our commitment to bring ourselves closer to that market,” said Randy E. Nonberg, UVM’s president-COO.

“The UVM footprint reaches viewers that are important to both domestic and cross-border advertisers and I can help make our platform more readily accessible to them” said de la Garza.
