‘Sports Machine’ names Lindsay Czarniak new co-host

NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution’s The George Michael Sports Machine announced that, for the first time in the show’s 23-year history, George Michael will share the spotlight and add a co-host, Lindsay Czarniak.

Czarniak, who joined the show in April as a correspondent, also currently serves as a sports anchor/reporter for WRC Washington and is a pit reporter for NBC and TNT’s NASCAR coverage.

The George Michael Sports Machine kicks off the 2006-07 TV season on Sunday, Sept. 10.

George Michael is the host and executive producer of The George Michael Sports Machine. The weekly half-hour sports show is distributed in national syndication by NBC Universal Television Distribution. For the 2006-07 TV season, the show has been sold in more than 90% of the United States.
