The Traffic Director’s Guild of American asks its members to list how pleased they are with their current traffic and billing software. Here are the results.
TDGA: Most Happy With T&B Vendors
The Traffic Director’s Guild of American surveys its more than 5,000 members each year to see how satisfied they are with their existing traffic and billing software. The non-union group doesn’t endorse one vendor over another; rather, it lets the survey results do the talking.
The group shared the top-line results from its latest survey with TVNewsCheck.
For the most part, users are pleased with their software of choice, the survey found.
Nearly 60% of the Harris OSi users say they would recommend the software system to other stations, with 47% of that group saying they would do so, but with some reservations.
WideOrbit experienced better results, with 95% saying they would either recommend the software, with 23% of that group saying they would do so with some reservation.
About 64% of BroadView users would recommend the software, but 23% of those would do so with reservations.
The survey, available to TDGA members, also includes responses from users on topics such as business manger and/or bookkeeping needs, support response times and vendor training.
