The ABC affiliate is sold by Three Sisters Broadcasting to Zolo Media, the owner of the market’s CBS affiliate.

KOHD Bend, Ore., Sold For $2.35 Million
ABC affiliate KOHD Bend, Ore. (DMA 192) has been sold by Three Sisters Broadcasting LLC (Scott Chambers, managing partner) to Central Oregon Cable Advertising LLC (Zolo Media) for $2.35 million.
The seller also owns ABC affiliates in Eugene and Medford, both Oregon.
The buyer also owns KBNZ-LP, the CBS affiliate in Bend. Amy Tykeson is its CEO.
Larry Patrick of Patrick Communications brokered the deal.
