New Finance VP At Chicago, Detroit Fox O&Os

Brian Hannan today was promoted to regional vice president of finance and administration for three Fox-owned stations: WFLD (Fox)-WPWR (MNT) Chicago and WJBK (Fox) Detroit.  Hannan will be responsible for overseeing all finance, strategic planning and business functions of the stations. His first day in this new role is Aug. 12.

Most recently, Hannan was VP of finance for Fox’s WOFL-WRBW Orlando and WOGX Gainesville, both Florida. Prior to that, he was VP, finance at Fox Television Stations, a position he held for two years.

Before that, he was VP, finance at KDVR Denver. Hannan’s earlier positions at Fox Television Stations include director of finance for WNYW-WWOR New York and director of finance at WAGA Atlanta.

Earlier in his career, Hannan worked as VP of finance for WNAB Nashville and as business manager for WFLI Chattanooga, Tenn.

A graduate of the University of Georgia, Hannan holds a B.B.A. in finance.
