WFLD Chicago Names Jeff Herndon Evening Anchor
Fox O&O WFLD Chicago on Monday named Jeff Herndon co-anchor of Fox 32 News at 9 p.m. Effective Oct. 1, Herndon will co-anchor and report for various newscasts throughout the week.
Most recently, Herndon was co-anchor at KAKE Wichita, Kan., a position he held for 12 years. Previously, Herndon was the weekend sports anchor for KTKA Topeka, Kan. He began his career as a sports photographer/reporter at KAKE.
A graduate of Wichita State University, Herndon holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.
