Mitch Roberts Named KHBS-KHOG Sports Director
Hearst Television-owned ABC affiliates KHBS-KHOG Fort Smith, Ark. (DMA 101) have hired Mitch Roberts as sports director, effective May 5.
A familiar face to viewers in the Fayetteville-Fort Smith television market, Roberts most recently worked as a news anchor/reporter for KFSM, but most of Roberts’ career has been spent as a sports director.
He has worked in St. Louis, Nashville and Las Vegas. Roberts has play-by-play experience, and has worked as a network sideline reporter for NBC Sports.
Roberts graduated from Texas State University.
