WBND-LD Hires Colleen Bormann-Wilcox As Anchor
Weigel Broadcasting’s ABC affiliate WBND-LD South Bend-Elkhart, Ind., has added Colleen Bormann-Wilcox as co-anchor of its weeknight 5, 5:30, 6 and 11 p.m. news on and the 10PM edition of ABC 57 News on co-owned CW affil WCWW-LD.
She will join Brian Dorman on the anchor desk Monday, March 9.
Bormann-Wilcox previously was a reporter/weekend anchor at WSJV South Bend. She has also worked in Medford, Ore., as the weekend anchor at KDRV-KDKF.
She studied telecommunications at Ball State University and is working on a master’s degree from her alma mater.
