Paige Preusse Named KHBS-KHOG Co-Anchor

Paige Preusse has been promoted to co-anchor of 40/29 News at Nine on the CW subchannels of Hearst Television-owned KHBS-KHOG Fort Smith, Ark. (DMA 101). She teams up with news anchor Daniel Armbruster.

Preusse will also co-anchor 40/29 News at 10:00 p.m. with Craig Cannon, while contributing reporting to 40/29 News at 5:00 and 6:00 p.m.

“Preusse will be a great addition to the most watched 9:00 pm news cast in our area,” said The Arkansas CW’s General Manger and President, Shawn Oswald. “This will allow 40/29 News on The Arkansas CW continued growth in our market.”

Preusse joined the 40/29 news team in August 2013 as a weekend anchor and reporter. Prior to her move to Northwest Arkansas, she reported, produced and anchored at WTWO Terre Haute, Ind.

She is a 2011 graduate of Carthage College where she majored in communications and public relations.

She also studied broadcast journalism abroad at Bond University in Queensland, Australia, before interning with Fox News Chicago for a year.

Upon graduation she was the public relations and media specialist for ALE Solutions, an industry leader in providing short term housing for businesses and disaster survivors.
