KYW Philly Adds Reporter Alexandria Hoff

Alexandria Hoff has joined CBS-owned KYW Philadelphia’s Eyewitness News team as a permanent general assignment reporter. Hoff has been a freelancer at the station since March.

Hoff was most recently a reporter/anchor at WHTM Harrisburg, Pa., since 2013. Previously, she worked as an anchor/reporter for WHAG Hagerstown, Md., from 2010 to 2011, where she founded the station’s Northern Virginia Bureau in Shenandoah Valley.

Hoff is a 2010 graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn., where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and political science.

Hoff spent a semester traveling at sea in 2008 through the University of Virginia, traveling to 12 countries in less than four months. As part of that experience, she shot and produced a mini-documentary on the South African National Biodiversity Institute in Cape Town and participated in an environmental policy summit in Chennai.
