Longtime exec Angelica McDaniel has exited her post as EVP of daytime programs, CBS Entertainment. McDaniel leaves amid a restructuring that will see her department absorbed by current programming, headed by Amy Resisenbach.
CBS Daytime chief Angelica McDaniel is now also overseeing the development of syndicated shows at CBS Television Distribution, including talk shows, game shows and court shows, CBS announced last night. McDaniel replaces President of Creative Affairs Hilary Estey McLoughlin, who joined CTD in 2013 after decades at Warner Bros.’ Telepictures. She will move into a production role at CTD.
