Both comedies had been yanked from the network’s schedule last month. The comedies join canceled dramas Alcatraz and The Finder at the network this season, while Fox has given series orders to comedies starring Mindy Kaling, Scott Foley and Nat Faxon.
The network will air New Girl encores in its place through May.

Fox Pulls The Trigger On Its Upfront Pickups
The network adds new series, including J.J. Abrams’ drama Alcatraz, comedy The New Girl and Bones spinoff The Finder. Human Target, The Chicago Code, Breaking In, Traffic Light and Lie to Me are canceled.
